Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational in-store makeup application and beauty consultations
- Educate customers on Tom Ford beauty products and techniques through product demonstrations
- Support and execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation to differentiate from competitors
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software systems
- Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Amateur-level makeup expertise with demonstrated creative and technical ability
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
