Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets
- Provide expert makeup consultation and application to enhance customer experience
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Create inspirational and educational in-store experiences that delight customers
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Amateur-level experience with demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise acceptable
