Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations on skincare, makeup application, and fragrance selection tailored to client preferences and skin types
- Execute sales and achieve team-driven revenue targets whilst maintaining luxury brand standards
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations that foster long-term client loyalty
- Build and maintain the salon's visual presentation and brand image alongside the wider team
- Engage in continuous client relationship development and follow-up activities
Qualifications
- Cosmetology diploma or equivalent professional qualification (highly valued)
- Proven experience in makeup application or completion of accredited makeup training programmes
- Demonstrated experience in retail or luxury goods sales, or commitment to developing expertise in this area
- Passion for beauty trends and luxury cosmetics
