Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational consultations on fragrance and makeup products to create a memorable customer experience
- Execute in-store events and promotions as part of a high-performing team to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain meticulous visual merchandising standards throughout the store to differentiate against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software with accuracy and efficiency
- Work flexibly across retail hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and special events
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques and brand heritage
- Contribute to store performance metrics and sales targets through exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail fragrance and makeup experience (preferred)
