Beauty Artist Advisor position at Tom Ford (Estée Lauder), Aguascalientes, Mexico—temporary full-time role combining makeup artistry with prestige retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational makeup application and consultation services to enhance the customer experience
- Educate customers on Tom Ford beauty products and advise on optimal application techniques and product selection
- Maintain rigorous visual merchandising standards at the beauty counter to ensure compelling presentation and competitive differentiation
- Coordinate and execute in-store promotional events and product launches as part of a collaborative retail team
- Utilize retail point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events while maintaining exceptional service standards in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Proven creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry, demonstrated through formal certification and/or retail makeup experience
