Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury brand-appropriate consultation tailored to individual clients
- Execute fragrance product demonstrations, application, and expert recommendations
- Drive sales and achieve assigned targets while maintaining co-responsibility for departmental revenue goals
- Embody and communicate Tom Ford Beauty brand philosophy, values, and lifestyle positioning
- Support and participate in in-store events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays according to brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail or related field
- Demonstrated professional experience in luxury retail or beauty advisory
- Certification or training as a makeup artist or beauty professional (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong team orientation
- Polished personal presentation and impeccable professional demeanor
- Fluent German language skills
