Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and application services to customers in the retail environment
- Execute in-store beauty events and demonstrations as part of a high-performing team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure competitive excellence
- Deliver authentic customer service with creative and technical expertise across diverse client needs
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Taiwan
