Tom Ford is seeking a Beauty Advisor for its Bijenkorf Rotterdam location, working 24 hours per week on a part-time, temporary basis. The role delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards; makeup artistry certification or retail makeup experience is preferred, though applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, combining creative and technical makeup expertise with a passion for people.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the Netherlands must be provided if invited to interview.
