Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer service with creative and technical expertise in prestige beauty products
- Educate customers on Tom Ford fragrance offerings and related beauty products through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain and uphold high visual merchandising standards throughout the sales floor to create a distinctive shopping environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently to complete transactions and manage customer data
- Work flexibly across retail hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail sales experience (certification preferred but amateur level experience welcome if accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical expertise)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
