Tom Ford Beauty Advisor in Morelia, Mexico - Full-time temporary role combining makeup artistry, customer consultation, and visual merchandising at Estée Lauder.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store makeup consultations that educate and delight customers
- Perform makeup applications and beauty advice tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and brand presentation throughout the store
- Operate retail point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently during transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special event days
Qualifications
- Certification or professional training in makeup artistry, or equivalent retail beauty experience
