Tom Ford Beauty Advisor role in Monterrey, Mexico — full-time temporary position combining makeup artistry with retail sales and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and product demonstrations to customers
- Execute in-store beauty events and create compelling visual presentations
- Educate customers on Tom Ford cosmetics collections and skincare offerings
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members to deliver inspirational customer experiences
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise at amateur level or above
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level expertise who demonstrate strong creative and technical skills are welcome to apply.
