Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and beauty consultations that educate and delight customers
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Participate in high-impact in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain and enhance visual merchandising displays to competitive standards
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
