Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and beauty consultation to customers, demonstrating technical expertise and creative skill
- Create welcoming and inspirational in-store experiences that educate clients on Tom Ford beauty products and services
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain proficiency with retail POS software systems
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive customer engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the Tom Ford counter is visually compelling and competitive within the retail environment
- Work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, or demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise at amateur level
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Mexico
