The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized makeup consultations and customer service, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time temporary position at Sears Mérida Alta Brisa in Yucatán.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Work with the team to deliver impactful in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in Mexico if invited to interview.
