This role combines personalized customer service with visual merchandising and in-store event execution to deliver an inspirational prestige beauty experience. The advisor will educate customers on product offerings and application techniques while maintaining high visual standards and collaborating with store staff during scheduled shifts.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs

Skills

Experience

Demonstrated experience providing inspirational and personalized customer service in a retail or beauty environment preferred. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.80 to USD 37.20 per hour.
