The Beauty Advisor delivers welcoming, authentic and personalized service, creates inspiring client experiences, supports sales and service objectives, and collaborates with the team to uphold store standards. The role is part-time and temporary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide clients with a welcoming, authentic and personalized service to achieve sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each client discover what inspires and delights them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the team and help ensure the store meets the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work commercial hours, including weekends.
- Experience using cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
