The Beauty Advisor delivers welcoming, authentic and personalized service, meets sales and customer-service objectives, and creates an inspiring in-store experience while collaborating with the team to uphold company standards. The role is part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers, meeting sales and customer-service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that helps each customer discover products and services that appeal to them.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team and help maintain the company’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Valued experience in point-of-sale or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Preferred experience with cash handling or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office.
Skills
Experience
Point-of-sale or customer-service experience is valued; cosmetics or fragrance experience is preferred. Cash-handling or point-of-sale software experience is preferred.
