Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, memorable in-store experiences by educating and guiding clients through Tom Ford Beauty products with confidence and expertise
- Maximize sales opportunities through product recommendations and category knowledge while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Provide expert guidance on skincare, makeup, and fragrances, enabling customers to make informed product selections
- Demonstrate products authentically and ensure clients fully experience the brand's offerings during their store visit
- Maintain flexibility to work store hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Actively contribute to team performance and support store-wide commercial objectives
- Stay current with beauty trends, industry developments, and social media conversations relevant to luxury cosmetics and prestige beauty
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a beauty-focused role
- Expertise in delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized luxury service experiences
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining service excellence
- Strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories
- Fluency in Dutch and English
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of sales experience in beauty retail, or 2–3 years in a dedicated beauty advisory or consulting role. Certification as an esthetician, beauty consultant, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; certification or diploma in esthetics, beauty consulting, or related beauty discipline is preferred.
