Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale processes
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Coach and mentor team members to reach their full potential and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
