Tom Ford is seeking a part-time Assistant Counter Manager for its Myer Melbourne counter. The role supports the Store Manager in leading and developing Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets, while contributing to counter success.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Contribute to the success of the store or counter.
- Coach and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Australia if invited to interview.
