Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a large team of Sales Specialists to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Support the Business Manager in developing and executing agile business plans across 3 locations, with focus on the Harrods Knightsbridge flagship counter
- Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service; build meaningful customer relationships
- Oversee retail operations including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale administration
- Manage team scheduling and ensure flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Execute business development initiatives, consumer engagement strategies, and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory and team leadership experience gained in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience managing a large retail team
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Experience
Proven supervisory and operational experience in a fast-paced luxury or prestige beauty retail environment, with evidence of successfully coaching and developing sales teams. Experience in fragrance or beauty retail is desirable. Background in managing multiple locations or large teams preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent. Retail management or beauty industry certification preferred but not required.
