Tom Ford seeks Account Executive to lead territory sales, manage retail teams, and drive brand growth in Mexico City. Drive luxury beauty sales through strategic leadership and retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive territory-wide sales growth and achieve monthly sell-through quotas established in collaboration with regional leadership
  • Lead, motivate, and develop retail sales teams through regular in-store visits (minimum 90% field time), coaching, and performance monitoring
  • Establish and track individual and store-level sales targets aligned with brand KPIs and productivity benchmarks
  • Analyze point-of-sale performance trends by category and competitive position, identifying tactical and strategic opportunities for intervention
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with retail partners and counter managers to establish objectives, review budgets, and anticipate upcoming needs
  • Develop and execute customized action plans based on store-level and counter performance analysis relative to category benchmarks
  • Plan and execute special events, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement activities in alignment with brand marketing calendars
  • Communicate inventory opportunities and supply-chain gaps to commercial teams to strengthen in-store assortments
  • Monitor competitive activity systematically on a monthly basis and report findings to regional management
  • Execute talent acquisition, onboarding, and staffing processes in coordination with HR; manage personnel transfers and terminations through HR systems
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution, staff presentation standards, fitting rooms, sampling protocols, and promotional signage across all assigned locations
  • Collaborate with training and education teams to identify and deliver capability development for sales staff
  • Develop co-marketing strategies and commercial models with retail partners, ensuring brand differentiation and productivity optimization across store doors
  • Supervise incentive programs and compensation structures to maximize sales force motivation and performance
  • Prepare and communicate monthly sales reports, competitive intelligence, and performance analyses to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing and developing retail sales teams
  • Proven track record of managing remote retail locations and multi-counter operations
  • Expertise in planning and executing point-of-sale strategies in department stores, plazas, and boutiques
  • Experience in makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories in a luxury or prestige beauty environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online platforms
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and numerical capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership in customer service, communication, and client engagement
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and executing talent management initiatives
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer data management

Experience

Education
