Tod's Group seeks an IT SCM Analyst in Italy with 5+ years supply chain experience. Hybrid role, €45–50K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in corporate projects addressing product development, production, quality, warehousing, logistics, and shipping
- Conduct process analysis, gather and document functional requirements, and provide user support
- Coordinate corrective and evolutionary maintenance of assigned applications
- Deliver second-level user support to procurement, production, warehouse, quality, and logistics teams
- Analyze integrations between corporate systems and third-party solutions
- Support definition of KPIs, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate functional management of vendors and project teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in footwear and/or apparel supply chain processes: product development, data management, bills of materials, materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, warehousing, and shipping
- Knowledge of ERP/SCM systems; preferred experience with PLM, WMS, MES, Quality Management systems, and application integrations
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience in IT structures supporting supply chain, preferably in footwear/apparel sector
- Functional analysis capability, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, release management, and second-level support
- Attention to data quality, traceability, operational compliance, and service continuity
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in supply chain IT or functional support roles, with demonstrated expertise in footwear and/or apparel production processes. Proven experience managing ERP/SCM applications and preferably additional systems such as PLM, WMS, MES, and quality platforms within complex supply chain environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent professional experience in dedicated IT supply chain structures, preferably within the footwear or apparel sector.
Workplace
This position is based in Montegranaro, Marche, Italy, within easy reach of Ancona.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 45,000 to EUR 50,000 per annum.
