Tod's seeks a seasonal Stock Associate to manage inventory operations at the Saint-Tropez boutique from May through October 2026. The role encompasses cyclical inventory audits, receipt verification, stock organization, labeling, and coordinated shipment logistics including intra-company transfers and end-of-season returns. The incumbent will maintain meticulous documentation, ensure storage facility cleanliness, and report product discrepancies and defects to management in accordance with Tod's operational standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and adhere to Tod's house rules and operational procedures
- Conduct and document cyclical inventory audits performed within the boutique
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders
- Unpack, inspect, and reconcile shipments; verify billing accuracy against delivered merchandise
- Report and track product losses, defects, and inventory discrepancies to management
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise according to established protocols
- Label and package products for distribution
- Maintain receiving documentation and product records
- Coordinate timely shipment of products to designated destinations, including inter-store transfers and seasonal returns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inventory management or stock handling experience
- Proficiency in English language communication
- Understanding of storage conditions and capacity management
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
