TOD'S Group seeks Senior HR Business Partner in Italy. Lead HR operations, recruitment, and people strategy across assigned perimeter. €55K–€65K annual.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting managers in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates across all organizational levels and functions
- Ensure effective management and organization of the HR business area, overseeing HR activity execution and achievement of assigned objectives
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives, implementing company policies while managing labor cost budgets, performance management systems, and merit-based principles
- Provide expert consultation and support on employment law matters, ensuring correct application of applicable regulations and company policies
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including occupational health physicians, employers' associations, HR functions, corporate departments, and legal consultants to foster collaboration and alignment on business objectives
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Law, or related disciplines
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in structured organizational contexts
- Solid knowledge of recruitment processes, organizational design, and employment law
- Strong negotiation and people development capabilities with robust problem-solving orientation and focus on objective achievement
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to interface effectively with diverse stakeholders

Experience
Minimum 6–7 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within structured, complex organizational environments. Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, organizational design, employment law compliance, performance management, and strategic HR business partnership.
