Role & Responsibilities
- Serve clients according to Tod's brand values and established selling ceremony, personalizing their boutique experience
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, crafting brand-aligned storytelling and product narrative
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective commercial techniques and client portfolio development
- Cultivate sustained client relationships via CRM follow-ups and clienteling tools to build loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain boutique organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation in alignment with Tod's brand standards
- Support team in daily operational activities including merchandise restocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising execution
- Process transactions, manage returns and exchanges, and handle payment operations with accuracy
- Demonstrate adherence to Tod's grooming standards and professional appearance policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar sales role within fashion or luxury retail
- Fluency in English; additional languages strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset with excellent commercial awareness
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- High reliability, accountability, and professional demeanor
