Role & Responsibilities
- Support production planning and schedule management through the DModa system, assigning models to internal and external production phases based on available capacity
- Monitor workloads and inventory levels over the medium to long term, contributing to optimization of production resources
- Manage internal production departments (cutting, leather processing, assembly, and finishing divisions) and control related stock levels
- Collaborate with the Procurement department to define raw material supply priorities aligned with production requirements
- Coordinate material flows between internal warehouses, ensuring alignment between goods receipt, raw material management, and finished goods inventory
- Collect and analyze production progress data, working with the Central Production Office and Supply Chain leadership
- Provide regular updates on production advances, priorities, and delivery schedules via email and company systems to ensure cross-functional alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent, or currently enrolled in Management Engineering programme
- Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data interpretation
- Solid knowledge of production management principles, supply chain practices, and warehouse operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in operational contexts
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Team working orientation and ability to interface with diverse stakeholders
