Tod's seeks a skilled Leather Preparation and Skiving Technician for its production facility in Tolentino, Italy. The successful candidate will perform core preparation and skiving operations on leather materials, operating specialized machinery including split machines, both traditional and electronic skiving equipment, and precision edge-trimming systems. This role operates at CCNL Calzature Industria Level 4.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the leather split machine for material preparation
- Operate both traditional and electronic skiving machinery with precision
- Perform edge trimming and refinement using guillotine or flag-style cutting equipment
- Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all production stages
