Tod's Group hiring Junior Business Controller Intern in Milan. Hybrid role with €500–900/month, meal vouchers, welfare.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and analysis of competitor reports and key economic indicators
- Assist in the management and updating of weekly and monthly financial and operational reports
- Participate in sales planning, monitoring, and analysis for brand divisions
- Gain introduction to cost reporting and analysis for the Marketing & Communication department
- Learn and assist with the principal corporate management systems, including SAP and MicroStrategy
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, elaboration, and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with specialisation in Finance and/or Accounting
- Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning capabilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent English language skills, preferably developed through international experience such as Erasmus programmes

Prior internship experience is a valuable asset; current university students or recent graduates in Business Administration or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with specialisation in Finance and/or Accounting and a strong academic record.
