Hogan seeks a Footwear Designer Consultant to support the creative team, focusing on women's and genderless collections. The role covers trend research, collection concepts, new constructions and materials, colour updates to iconic projects, and material and colour-card selection; attendance at alignment meetings at the company headquarters in Sant'Elpidio a Mare is possible. RAL: €50,000–€55,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify current trends through research and evaluate which trends to propose for the collection.
- Create mood boards and collection concepts.
- Develop new footwear constructions and research new materials.
- Revisit the colours of iconic collection projects.
- Support proposals for material selection and the colour card.
