Tod's is seeking a CAD Pattern Development Specialist for its Apparel Pattern Making department on a maternity-cover contract. The role supports garment pattern creation and grading, technical documentation, marker printing and prototyping; the full-time schedule is 08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn about the raw materials used to make the Group’s products, particularly leather, fabrics, linings and accessories.
- Use CAD to create patterns, with a focus on garment definition and size grading.
- Code and enter patterns.
- Support the preparation of technical specification sheets using the dedicated information system.
- Support printing marker layouts for final cutting.
- Support the creation of garment pieces.
- Gain exposure to the Prototyping departments and Product Offices serving the different brands and lines.

- Education or training in fashion, pattern making or a related field.
- Knowledge of CAD systems for pattern making.
- Precision, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and good organisational skills.
