TOD'S, an emblematic Italian luxury house rooted in artisanal heritage and timeless style, seeks motivated individuals without prior experience for its Bottega dei Mestieri (Craftsperson's Workshop) initiative. Trainees will develop specialized technical competencies in leather goods and footwear production—including assembly, hemming, cutting, and finishing—under the mentorship of highly qualified, experienced internal craftspeople. The internship is structured as a pathway to permanent employment via apprenticeship contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop proficiency in core production phases including assembly, hemming, cutting, and finishing under direct supervision of experienced artisans
- Acquire specialized technical skills specific to leather goods and footwear manufacturing
- Maintain quality standards and precision in all artisanal production tasks
- Participate actively in the structured training program within the Bottega dei Mestieri initiative
