Tod's Group seeks apprentices without prior experience to join the Bottega dei Mestieri (Artisans' Workshop) training initiative, a 14-year-established program specializing in leathergoods and footwear craftsmanship. Participants will acquire technical competencies in assembly, hemming, cutting, and finishing techniques under the mentorship of highly skilled internal craftspeople at facilities in Sant'Elpidio a Mare, Arquata del Tronto, and Comunanza. The apprenticeship is structured to lead to a permanent employment contract upon successful completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master technical assembly, hemming, cutting, and finishing techniques in leathergoods and footwear production
- Work collaboratively with experienced internal artisans to develop specialized craftsmanship skills
- Adhere to quality standards and production schedules across designated manufacturing facilities
- Progressively assume greater responsibility in artisanal production processes
