Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and sustain visual merchandising training programmes for the Central region to ensure consistent execution of Tissot brand standards across mono-brand and multi-brand retail points.
- Conduct regular field visits, store audits and hands-on coaching to retail teams and managers, translating corporate VM guidelines into practical in-store solutions.
- Develop and maintain visual merchandising toolkits including seasonal planograms, window concepts, installation manuals and launch roll-out templates.
- Partner with regional retail operations, marketing and product teams to coordinate VM implementation for new product introductions, promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor compliance and performance metrics, providing actionable feedback and corrective plans to improve sell-through, conversion and brand presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail; watch, jewelry or accessories experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record delivering training and coaching to retail teams, with the ability to translate brand guidelines into scalable in-store practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Central region (frequent regional travel expected).
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical installation tasks in-store.
Skills
Experience
Several years of hands-on visual merchandising experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrated experience conducting field training, store audits and multi-store roll-outs. Experience in watches, jewelry or related accessories is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual merchandising, retail management, merchandising, marketing or a related field; vocational qualifications or certified training in visual merchandising are a plus.
