Tissot Store Manager position in Madrid, Spain. Lead luxury watch retail operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of retail associates and brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of excellence and service
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and staff development initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand representation and maintain the highest standards of customer experience aligned with Tissot's heritage and values
