Tissot Store Manager position in Madrid. Lead boutique operations and drive sales for the Swiss watchmaker's flagship retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage day-to-day boutique operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
