Tissot Store Manager position in Madrid. Lead boutique operations and drive sales for the Swiss watchmaker's flagship retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
- Deliver personalized customer service and build client relationships aligned with Tissot's brand values
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to ensure service excellence
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
