Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointments, and maintenance of customer records.
- Demonstrate and communicate in-depth product knowledge of Tissot collections and watchmaking features.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and maintain accurate sales reporting.
- Support stock management: receive merchandise, conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation, ensuring brand consistency.
- Handle customer enquiries and after-sales issues professionally, escalating to management when required.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and support team selling initiatives and boutique operations.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, ideally within watches, jewelry or accessories.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable success meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a client-focused attitude; ability to cultivate high-net-worth relationships.
- Confident product presentation and technical understanding of watches and related features.
- Proven ability to work in a team, support peers and contribute to a positive boutique environment.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and local public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with direct exposure to watches, jewelry or high-end accessories and a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail, sales or luxury-brand training preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
