Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high‑touch client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets, convert footfall and maximise average transaction value.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Tissot collections (mechanical and quartz movements) and advise clients on features, care and after‑sales.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; implement product launches and seasonal floor plans.
- Process transactions accurately, manage cash and POS operations, and ensure compliance with internal controls and store procedures.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment and returns; coordinate with after‑sales and service teams for repairs and warranties.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff; contribute to in‑store training and share best practices to elevate team performance.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events, private client appointments and local business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within watches or jewellery, with demonstrable results against targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a customer‑centric demeanour appropriate to high‑end clientele.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and reliability in cash handling and transactional accuracy.
- Ability to work boutique hours including weekends, store events and occasional late shifts.
- Fluent Italian; professional proficiency in English is advantageous (if specified by local management).
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably with direct experience selling watches or fine jewellery and a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
Secondary school diploma; vocational or tertiary education in business, retail, horology or a related discipline is a plus.
