Tissot seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Project Manager in Le Locle to lead international corporate messaging and communications projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate corporate communications activities, ensuring consistent messaging and corporate narrative.
- Support the PR Manager and senior leadership on corporate communications, media opportunities and high-profile engagements.
- Develop and coordinate corporate communications materials and messaging across relevant channels, including digital and social media.
- Lead selected corporate communications projects from development through execution.
- Build strong relationships with media, internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support communications in sensitive or high-pressure situations, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen corporate visibility, reputation and positioning.
- Monitor relevant media, corporate and industry developments and provide insights to inform communications.
- Contribute to the continuous development of corporate communications tools and practices.

- Excellent communication, editorial judgement and storytelling skills.
- Strategic, creative and curious, with a strong understanding of corporate reputation and communications.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information discreetly.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, editorial content and media relations.
- Experience working with senior executives and supporting high-profile communications.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or premium consumer sectors is a plus.
- Experience in digital and social communications is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English and French are required; German is an advantage, and additional languages are a plus.
