Tissot seeks a full-time Sales Associate for its Amsterdam Kalverstraat boutique — deliver luxury watch sales and client service for Tissot in Amsterdam.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Tissot collections, watch movements and specifications to advise customers accurately.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales processes; liaise with service centres for repairs and warranties.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss prevention.
- Contribute to clienteling activities including CRM updates, appointment management and follow-up communications.
- Work collaboratively with store and regional teams on promotions, events and product launches; maintain professional presentation at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in front-line retail sales, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Outstanding interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-first mindset.
- Numerical accuracy for cash handling, POS operation and basic sales reporting.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours; willingness to support store events and launches.
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and stock management.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally in luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion; direct boutique or brand-store experience is highly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
