Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to a discerning clientele and build lasting client relationships through active clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective product positioning.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across the Tissot collection, conveying technical features, materials and provenance with clarity.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and reconcile sales accurately.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand guidelines.
  • Manage stock reception, inventory control and basic store administration; coordinate repairs and warranty processes with after-sales teams as required.
  • Support in-store events, activations and team initiatives to maximise footfall and brand exposure.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused, professional demeanour.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Attention to detail, polished presentation and pride in maintaining high boutique standards.

Experience

Preferably one or more years of direct retail experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium fashion; candidates with strong customer-facing experience in high-end retail will be considered.

Education
