Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and consultative service that exceeds client expectations and aligns with Tissot brand standards
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship-building with existing and prospective clients
- Maintain detailed client records documenting preferences, purchase history, and milestone occasions to inform future purchasing opportunities
- Process point-of-sale transactions, submit daily reports, and reconcile sales documentation in compliance with store protocols
- Merchandise timepieces with attention to visual presentation, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy across counter displays
- Provide comprehensive after-sale service including product maintenance guidance, warranty support, and customer follow-up
- Execute merchandising initiatives including stock replenishment, seasonal display changeovers, and product transfers
- Develop and expand the existing client base through proactive networking, targeted outreach campaigns, and relationship nurturing
- Maintain store appearance, organization, and security protocols to safeguard company assets and Loss Prevention objectives

Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional sales experience in a specialty luxury retail environment, preferably timepieces or fine jewelry
- High school diploma or equivalent educational credential
- Demonstrated proficiency with customer relationship management and client retention strategies
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team-based sales performance
- Advanced computer literacy and competency with point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with multilingual capability preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail setting
- Physical capability to stand 5–8 hours daily, lift items weighing 5–25 pounds regularly, and work flexible retail schedules including weekends and holidays
