Tissot is hiring a Sales Associate at Montreal Eaton Centre — join the Tissot boutique in Montreal, QC as a specialist in Swiss watch retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business at the Montreal Eaton Centre boutique.
- Present and demonstrate Tissot timepieces with authoritative product knowledge of movements, materials and technical features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and active clientelling.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems; manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation when required.
- Maintain boutique visual standards, merchandising presentations and inventory presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, tagging, pricing and cycle counts.
- Coordinate pre- and post-sale services, including warranty registration, repairs intake and liaison with after-sales teams.
- Contribute to local CRM activities and communicate client feedback and market intelligence to store management.
Qualifications
- Professional, client-focused presentation with polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent French and English strongly preferred to serve Montreal’s bilingual clientele.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a retail environment; prior experience in luxury goods, watches or jewelry is highly desirable.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Reliable numeracy and cash-handling skills; strong attention to administrative detail.
- Right to work in Canada.

Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewelry or luxury fashion; demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
Secondary school diploma (high school). Formal training in retail, hospitality, luxury goods or watchmaking is an asset.
