Tissot seeks a Sales Associate in Montreal (Eaton Centre) to deliver luxury watch sales and exceptional client service for the Swatch Group brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to a discerning luxury clientele and build long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge of Tissot timepieces and explain technical features and after‑sales services.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions accurately and complete daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, including merchandising, window displays and inventory replenishment.
- Support clienteling activities: follow up on leads, manage appointments, and maintain client records.
- Participate in stock management, periodic inventory counts and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team on visual standards, promotions and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for retail sales with a focus on customer‑centric service; luxury or watch/jewellery experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt approach to varied clientele.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performing consultative selling.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to store standards and visual merchandising.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in retail sales; experience in luxury, watches or jewellery is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/hospitality certification is an asset.
