Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, bespoke client service to build long‑term relationships and convert foot traffic into sales.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Tissot collections and communicate technical features and value to clients.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and suggestive techniques.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and maintain client data in CRM where applicable.
  • Ensure boutique presentation standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual displays and housekeeping.
  • Actively engage in clienteling activities including follow‑ups, appointment bookings and after‑sales care.
  • Support inventory control processes, incoming shipments, stock counts and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team and management on promotions, product launches and local initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven client‑facing retail experience; 1+ year preferred—experience in watches, jewelry or luxury retail is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial, service‑oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent a premium Swiss heritage brand with discretion and integrity.
  • Basic numeracy and cash‑handling experience; familiarity with POS systems an asset.
  • Bilingual French/English proficiency considered a strong asset in the Montreal market.

Experience

At least one year of customer‑facing retail or sales experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury watches, jewelry or premium accessories will be considered a strong plus.

Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary training in retail, hospitality, luxury goods or horology is advantageous.
