Tissot Brussels seeks a Sales Associate for its luxury boutique; deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales of Swiss timepieces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized sales consultations and product recommendations to clients visiting the boutique
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Tissot watch collections, technical specifications, and brand heritage
- Achieve individual and store sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive, consultative engagement
- Maintain store displays, visual merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
- Process transactions, manage payment systems, and handle client inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or high-end customer service environments

- Fluency in French and English, with additional languages preferred
Skills
Experience
2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, watch sales, or premium customer service, or equivalent demonstrated expertise in high-touch sales environments.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); additional training in luxury retail, watch retail, or sales techniques is advantageous.
