Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-value and walk-in customers, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through active selling, upselling and conversion of enquiries into purchases.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Tissot collections, features and technical specifications to advise clients and support purchase decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, returns and repairs, and ensure correct cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Manage client records and follow up using CRM/clienteling tools to nurture prospects and coordinate after-sales service.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising guidelines, ensuring displays are pristine and stock is presented according to brand directives.
- Support receipt, unpacking and stock management activities, including inventory counts, tagging and loss-prevention procedures.
- Attend brand and product training sessions and participate in promotional and store-level marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable sales record with ability to meet targets and close transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Numerate and detail-oriented with proven cash-handling and POS experience.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods; legal right to work in Belgium.

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within luxury watches, fine jewellery or premium fashion; a measurable track record of meeting sales targets is preferred.
Education
Secondary education; vocational qualification in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
