Tissot seeks a Sales Assistant for its new boutique at Munich Airport, starting January 2027, on a full-time or part-time basis. The role covers expert customer advice, client-base development, CRM enquiries, local events, product presentation, stock management, complaints, cash-register oversight and administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to national and international customers purchasing Tissot watch collections.
- Proactively engage customers to create a positive shopping experience.
- Contribute to networking and to building and developing a local and international customer base.
- Process incoming customer enquiries efficiently and with a customer-focused approach using the CRM system.
- Participate in local customer events and act as an active brand ambassador for Tissot.
- Present products professionally in line with brand guidelines, ensure optimal stock allocation and maintain the stockroom.
- Handle complaints, operate and monitor the cash register system, and carry out administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field.
- Ideally, initial professional experience in high-end specialist retail.
- Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Polished personal presentation and enjoyment of working in a team.
- Strong interest in service-oriented work, technical understanding, and an affinity for the brand.
