The Sales Assistant represents Tissot and delivers personalized service, guiding clients through complex requests and the full customer journey, including after-sales, while supporting operations and maximizing sales across categories. This is a temporary part-time role of 20 hours, under the Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi C.C.N.L., with gross annual compensation of €13,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through complex requests and the full customer journey, including after-sales activities.
- Support operational tasks, understand company procedures and systems, and ensure compliance.
- Maximize sales opportunities across all product categories.
- Drive results by delivering an elevated customer experience during and after the sale.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail sales assistant role.
- Strong ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A work ethic focused on going above and beyond to satisfy clients and exceed their expectations.
- Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish; any other language is a plus.
