Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations to clientele regarding Tissot timepieces and collections
  • Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service standards and product knowledge
  • Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining brand integrity and luxury retail protocols
  • Educate customers on Tissot heritage, technological innovation, and sports timing partnerships
  • Execute visual merchandising and point-of-sale activities within the concession
  • Process transactions and manage inventory with precision and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (native or professional working proficiency)
  • Proven retail sales experience in luxury or premium segment
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate technical horological details
